NOWW / OTBT / CST / Sun-Ray / Voyager Live Clock Simulator

This upgraded version adds a Time-of-Arrival Engine. It separates source event time, observed delayed light, Earth arrival NOW, predicted source NOW, and next-wave arrival. It uses timing correction logic, clock drift, signal delay, and CST-style synchronization scoring.

The physics-supported part is the light-travel delay, observer time, signal arrival time, clock drift, and synchronization correction.
