signal delay, and CST-style synchronization scoring.

This simulator is an educational and theoretical timing model. It does not prove warp drive, spacetime control,
or faster-than-light travel. The physics-supported part is the light-travel delay, observer time, signal arrival time,
clock drift, and synchronization correction. CST/NOWW interpretation is presented as a conceptual research framework
for exploring timing, signal reconstruction, and multi-clock coordination.
